Practical poetry: Kittens to give away, true verse

A First for CM: Finally, epic poetry put to everyday use, no poetic license needed. Not seen on CM since the olden days of Trish Jackson, who has not been heard of in hours and hours, and is mostly forgotten at this point. We're now awaiting, perhaps - maybe, a 1,000 line poem themed "I'll trade you a cow for a lifetime of butter," or similar, for CM Swaps & Trades, now that Columbia/Adair County, KY can claim "The Poetry Reading/and Writing Capital of America." and has that going for her. -CM

Kittens to give away
We have five kittens
that have their mittens,
but need a good home
to call their own
June Bennett, September 20, 2011

Two calico, two black, one black and white.
CM is posting the ad as a heads up, first dibs, to anyone who knows June Bennett and needs a kool kitten. If they aren't adopted by someone who knows, we'll move True Epic Poetry to CM ANIMALS in Classifieds, to let ordinary people, not in June Bennett's inner circle, have a once in a lifetime opportunity to get CM Advertised in Verse Kittens. For our part, we hope that the kittens get have Famous Poet names in their Forever Homes: Robert S, Carl, Robert Frost, Hershel, Billy Joe or Billy Shakespeare -CM
