Peafowl at large on Guthrie Street

Mark Royse writes:
There are two peacocks which keep appearing in my mother's lot behind her house on Guthrie Street. I haven't been able to capture a picture of them, but I do know that Dr. Rogers has seen them, too. Not sure where they came from, but they have been here for about two weeks. - Mark Royse
Mark: Thanks. I have seen these same fowl foraging on our mighty fertile one-acre farm on Town Creek. When they left, they took a path across the Russell Arnold Pasture Field and headed for Guthrie Street. I figured they might belong to J. D. Montgomery, Joe Moore, or Dr. Ronald P. Rogers, the kind of people you'd take for fancy peafowl fanciers. Are they theirs? Is there a big re-ward? We'd love to have photos to share on CM or to get any bounty there is on the birds. -EW
