Rachel Phipps leads Adair County Girls Golf at KIT

News from Adair County Girls Golf

The girls golf team traveled to Russell Co. to play in the KIT Invitational Tournament on Saturday, August 27, 2011.

Glasgow won the tournament. shooting a team score of 311. Russell Co. was runner-up with 317. Individual honors went to Lydia Gumm of North Hardin shooting a 61. Ellen Kehoe, Taylor Co., and Becky Sharpe, Williamsburg) shot 69s.

Adair Co. was unable to post a team score because Ashley Goodin is still recovering from sickness this week and was unable to play. Individual scores for Adair County were Rachel Phipps 95, Emilee Royse 102, and Abby Royse 106.
