The funeral service will be at 11amET/10amCT, Wednesday, August 24, 2011, at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, Campbellsville, KY, with Dr. James Jones and Rev. Garry Polston officiating. Burial will be in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 3878 Greensburg RD, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation will be after 5pmET/4pmCT, Tuesday, August 23, 2011, at the funeral home. Maxine Phillips, Taylor Co., KY (1924-2011) Maxine Phillips was the daughter of the late Charles W. Gribbins and Virgie Gunter Gribbins Herron Greene. She was born Monday, November 3, 1924 in Taylor Co., KY. She died Sunday, August 21, 2011, in Campbellsville, Taylor Co., KY at the age of 86 years, 9 months, and 18 days. Pallbearers: Jimmy Bault, Gerald Bland, Craig Drury, Chip Gibson, Noah Gibson, and Kevin Phillips. Honorary pallbearers: Faith Sunday School Class at Campbellsville Baptist Church. She united in marriage to Joseph F. Phillips January 6, 1939. He preceded her in death August 26, 1993. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church.
