Central Time As of 3:40 P.M. on August 20, 2011 the boil water advisory for consumers on Russell Springs Rd., Freedom Church Rd., Providence Rd., Wheat Rd., and Joe Conover Rd. has been lifted by the Division of Water Columbia office. This means your water is safe for human consumption. You no longer have to boil your water.
