The record now stands at 8-2, Defending State Champion Green Co. shot a 169 with one of their varsity team members out due to injury. Cassidy Scantland and Olivia Parrot both shot 39, Leah Rose Judd 41, and Sydney Agee finished with a 50. Marion Co. edged out Adair by 5 strokes shooting a 185. Marion Co. was lead by Amy Brown 43, Olivia Carrico 45, Brianna Reynolds 47, and Taylor Howard 50. Adair Co. managed to shoot 1 stroke under their average but it wasn't enough today. Ashley Goodin finished with a 40, Rachel Phipps 47, Abby Royse 50, Emilee Royse 53, Jessica Simpson 62, and Madison Bell 79.Next for ACHS Girls Golf Adair County High School Girls' travel to Lakewood Country Club, 4214 Highway 379, Russell Springs, KY 42642-6460 Phone (270) 343-3921,on Thursday, August 18, 2011 to take on the Lakers of Russell Co.
