Writer says there's statute with heavy penalties for trespassing with an ATV Comments re article 45988 Stolen Horse Trough located but owner dismayed by attitudes of some toward loss Mitch McKinley writes: If I remember correctly there is a law in Kentucky that trespassing with an ATV can get the operator a fine of up to $2500.00.
