Victoria Pike voices pro-Adair County product policy Stanley and Shirley Jones honey on homemade bread by Miss Caitlyn Bunnell is DELICIOUS she says. But she'll be saving her own jar for the production of her famous winter cough syrup, Vickyquil By Victoria Pike COBURG, KY (2011-07-24) -Honey made at Kellyville by Stanley and Shirley Jones is delicious. Adair county folks were beating a trail to their door this afternoon. While I was there H.D. (Dwayne) Loy being driven by his lovely wife Susan showed up to purchase some as well. A great time was had by all during our short visit. Everyone was anxious to get home and have a taste. I sampled mine on a piece of homemade bread made by Miss Catlyn Bunnell from the farmers market. DELICIOUS. According to my husband's nurse practitioner, local honey helps prevent sinus infections. My jar will probably be used to make my famous cough remedy this winter. Vickyquil. Never hurts to be prepared. The other ingredients are a closely guarded secret. --Victoria Pike Comments re article 45763 Local Adair County honey for sale This story was posted on 2011-07-25 05:11:10
