Larry Walker: Aerial of Lure Lodge appears to be about 1962 Larry Walker writes: I would guess the photo was taken during the summer of 1962 as the new lodge was nearing completion. Looking at the picture it is evident that the golf course grass and lawns had not gotten well established. There are empty parking lots.
