Drivers need to slow down; use extra precaution on Tutt Street Kids are playing nearby and could dart out into road at any time, hidden by Tutt Streets through streets distinctive peaks and valleys By Melissa Stone Guest commentary I was speaking with a friend recently who was concerned about the speed that some drivers use when traveling on Tutt Street. I'm sending a cautionary reminder for folks. There are children who live on or just off Tutt Street and there is concern for their safety when drivers are in too much of a hurry. Although parents and grandparents are diligent in watching over their children; I think we all know that a child can dart away quickly after a ball or some other prized possesion. With the peaks and valleys of Tutt street, a rapidly moving vehicle could be upon them before anyone realizes the looming disaster.
