Midnight collision in Springfield, KY, results in injuries By TFC Wm. Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY SPRINGFIELD, KY - Trooper Justin Phillips is investigating a collision that occurred at 12amET, Sunday morning, July 17, 2011, at the intersection of Conner and Bardstown RD. Christopher Barley age 17 of Boston, KY, was operating a 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo when he pulled into the path of a 1996 Toyota Camry operated by Mackenzie Dunn age 17 of Georgetown, KY with a resulting injury collision. Dunn and a passenger Ashley Lynn, age 17 of Springfield, were transported to Flaget Hospital in Bardstown where they were treated for non-life threatening injuries. All persons involved were belted. Trooper Phillips was assisted at the scene by Trooper John Adams, Washington County Fire, EMS and Rescue.
