He was an avid fox hunter and a member of the South Central Kentucky Fox Hunters Association Henry Parker Bailey, age 82 years of Russell Springs RD, Columbia, KY passed away suddenly Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at 12:59 PM at the Westlake Regional Hospital in Columbia, KY. The funeral service will be Friday, July 1, 2011 at 11amCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY with Bro. Raymond Martin the officiating clergy. Interment in the Haven Hill Cemetery, 1276 Liberty RD, Columbia, KY. The family request visitation after 4:30pmCT, on Thursday, June 30, 2011, at the funeral home. Henry Parker Bailey, Adair Co., KY (1929-2011) He was born in Adair Co., KY, Monday, January 14, 1929. He was the son of the late: Jack and Avin Adamson Bailey. He died Tuesday, June 28, 2011 in Columbia, Adair Co., KY at the age of 82 years, 5 months, and 14 days.. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Frances Pierce Bailey, on January 19, 1997. He is survived by the following:
