Charlotte Richard age 55 years, of the Christine Community, Columbia, KY, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2011 at 2:03amET at the UK Medical Center, Lexington, KY.

The funeral service will be Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at 1pmCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Ralph Foster and Bro. Carl Froedge the officiating clergy. Interment will be in Bearwallow Cemetery, 6090 Liberty RD, Columbia, KY. Visitation after 4:30pmCT, Monday, June 27, 2011.



Pallbearers: Gleason Matney, Joey Houk, Nathan Curry, Jeffrey Gilbert Joseph Fuller, and Jeffery "Turtle" Richard.

She was born on Saturday, November 19, 1955. She was the daughter of the David and Cathleen Houk Milby of Green County, KY. She died Saturday, June 25, 2011 at 2:03amET Lexington, Fayette Co., KY at the age of 55 years, 7 months, and 6 days.

She is survived by her husband Glenn Richard of Columbia, KY, and the following:
  • One son: Jeffrey "Turtle" Richard of Columbia, KY

  • One daughter: Karen Fuller of Columbia, KY

  • Eight grandchildren

  • One great grandchild

  • One very special niece: Stephanie Kelsey

  • Several other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends
She attended the Bloomington Chapel Brethren In Christ Church and was a housewife
