Gratitude for Adair Co., for folks who care about one another Steve and Cheryl Strodtman writes: Our family is grateful that your on-line magazine exists. It is very comforting to find information that is presented in such a way that we do not have to worry about something blatantly embarrassing appearing on screen that makes us blush, or needing to be concerned about grandchildren nearby seeing what their eyes do not need to view. Thank you for all the stories and pictures of families, school events, churches worshiping, local meetings, children enjoying the wonder of the simple things of life, animals of all types sharing our community, plus the abundance of neighbors helping neighbors in all types of situations. We are not native to Kentucky, but we are grateful to share what you have so much of in Adair County - people who care about one another and who take pride in their community. - Steve and Cheryl StrodtmanThank you for so succinctly and eloquently stating the goals of CM and for discerning the widely shared ideals of this community, and especially for stating them so well. If you think we are doing our part to live up to those lofty aspirations, that's wonderful news to us. Thank you so much. - Ed Waggener This story was posted on 2011-06-24 04:15:01
