Mitchell Bright, 52, of Campbellsville, KY, died at 9:20pmET, Tuesday, June 14, 2011 in Campbellsville, KY.

The funeral service will be at 2pmET/1pmCT, Friday, June 17, 2011, at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, Campbellsville, KY, by Rev. Carlton Winters. Burial will be in the Grant Family Cemetery, 60 Roy Antle RD, Columbia, Adair Co., KY.



Pallbearers: Richie Gabehart, Stephen Grady, Kevin Rose, Tim Tungate, Lonnie Willis, and Cody Wood.

Mitchell Bright was the son of the late William C. Bright and Gladys Marie Grant Bright. He was born Monday, May 4, 1959, in Taylor Co., KY. He died at Tuesday, June 14, 2011 in Campbellsville. Taylor Co., KY, at the age of 52 years, 1 months, and 10 days.

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Yuma Baptist Church.

He was employed as a carpet layer.

Besides his wife, Jeannie Bright, he is survived by the following:
  • One son: Dustin Mitchell Bright and special friend, Shaelynn Winkle of Campbellsville. KY

  • Two brothers and two sisters: Eddie Bright and wife, Brenda and Beth Wood and husband, Curtis of Elk Horn, KY; Melody Tucker and husband, Rocky of Columbia, KY; and Clifton Bright and wife, Judy of Virginia, Illinois
  • <
  • Several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
The Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, Campbellsville, KY in charge of arrangements.
