LWC Bonner Program gives $1,000 to Camp Energy

COLUMBIA, KY - The Lindsey Wilson College Bonner Leader Program gave $1,000 on Friday to the Adair County School System. The gift will be used to support Camp Energy, which will be held June 8-9, 2011, at Adair County High School.

Sponsored by the LWC Energy and Technology Career Academy, Camp Energy will introduce rising fourth- through eighth-graders to green energy by providing numerous hands-on experiences. There is no cost to attend Camp Energy. For more information about enrolling, contact ETCA Director Heather Spoon at spoonh@lindsey.edu or (270) 378-1215.
