Two arrested on Pelham Branch Road, charged with making meth

Two taken into custody after search by Sheriff Harrison Moss, Deputy Aaron Rainwater, and Officer Bruce McCloud

Thirty-three year old Bobby Morrison and 26 year old Ashley Grant both ofColumbia, KY, were arrested on May 29, 2011 at 12:07amCT at 3834 PelhamBranch RD, Columbia, KY, for manufacturing methamphetamine, 1stoffense, and drug paraphernalia buy/possess 1st offense.



The arrests came after Adair County Sheriff Harrison Moss and Adair County Sheriff Deputy Aaron Rainwater conducted a search of the Ashley Grant residence.

Several items used in the Manufacturing of Methamphetamine were found in the residence and on the property.

Remains of a burnt methamphetamine generator was one of the items found during the search.

Both Morrison and Grant were lodged in the Adair County Jail on a$50,000.00 cash bond.

Adair County Sheriff Department was assisted by Bruce McCloud of the Columbia Police Department.
