He died Wednesday, May 25, 2011, in Greensburg, Green Co., KY, at the age of 75 years and 7 months. He was of the Methodist faith. He served his country honorably in the United States Navy, having retired as a Boiler Technician First Class with the Navy. He is survived by the following:
