Special called meeting, Adair Fiscal Court, Friday, May 20, 2011 Public Notice (Pursuant to *KRS 61.823) Judge Executive Ann Melton has called a Special Called Meeting of the Adair County Fiscal Court, Friday, May 20, 2011, at 8:30amCT, in the basement of the Adair County Annex Building, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY, with the following agenda:
*KRS 61.823 the presiding officer or a majority of the members of the public agency may call a special meeting. As soon as possible, written notice shall also be posed in a conspicuous place in the building which houses the headquarters of the agency.
