Public Notice (Pursuant to *KRS 61.823)

Judge Executive Ann Melton has called a Special Called Meeting of the Adair County Fiscal Court, Friday, May 20, 2011, at 8:30amCT, in the basement of the Adair County Annex Building, 424 Public Square, Columbia, KY, with the following agenda:
  1. Call to order
  2. Roll Call
    __Harold Burton (1), __Daryl Flatt (2),
    __Sammy Baker (3), __Perry Reeder (4),
    __Billy Dean Coffey (5), __Joe Rogers (6), __Billy Rowe (7)
  3. Approval of resolution for Columbia/Adair City/County Parks approving lease and sublease for the financing of said project, authorizing the execution of various documents related to such lease.
  4. Adjourn
The meeting is open to the public.

*KRS 61.823 the presiding officer or a majority of the members of the public agency may call a special meeting. As soon as possible, written notice shall also be posed in a conspicuous place in the building which houses the headquarters of the agency. The notice shall be calculated so that it shall be posted at least twenty-four (24) hours before the special meeting.Not printed at taxpayer expense
