Gary D. Branham, 55, of Marrowbone, KY, passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at Medical Center at Bowling Green in Bowling Green, KY.

Funeral services will be Saturday, May 7, 2011, at 1pmCT, at Ballou and Stotts Funeral Home, 304 North Main Street,Burkesville, KY, with Dr. Mark Shelton officiating. Burial in the Marrowbone Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:30pm-9pmCT on Friday, May 6, 2011, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home in Burkesville.

Gary D. Branham, Cumberland Co., KY (1955-2011)

Gary was born in Burkesville, Cumberland Co., KY, on Thursday, October 13, 1955. He was the son of the late Virgie Riddle Branham, and the late Floyd "Hodo" Branham. He died Wednesday, May 4, 2011, in Bowling Green, Warren Co., KY, at the age of 55 years, 6 months, and 21 days.

He was the Superintendent for the Kentucky Department of Highways in Cumberland County, where he worked for over 21 years.Survivors include the following:
  • His wife: Lalla Bradshaw Branham,of Marrowbone, KY

  • One daughter: Michelle Spillman and husband Nathan, of Glasgow, KY

  • Two brothers: Dennis Branham and wife Tami of Burkesville, KY; Ricky Branham and wife Carolyn of Burkesville, KY

  • Two sisters: Lana Hogan and husband Doug of Frankfort, KY; Phyllis Groce and husband Steve of Burkesville, KY

  • His mother in law: Barbara Bradshaw of Marrowbone, KY

  • And a host of other relatives and friends
