Ruchin E. Fudge, 91, years a resident of Summit Manor Health & Rehab Center formerlyof the Sparksville Community passed away Monday, May 2, 2011 at 4:35amCT atWestlake Regional Hospital Columbia, KY.

Funeral service Thursday, May 5, 2011 at 1pmCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY with Bro. Darrell Landis, Bro. Lonny Karnes and Bro. Ivan Tucker the officiating clergy. Interment in Chestnut Grove Cemetery, 54 Chestnut Grove RD, Breeding, KY. Visitation after 3:30pmCT, Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at the funeral home.

He was born on Wednesday, December 17, 1919 in Adair Co., KY. He was the son of the late Rubin and Zelma Loyd Fudge. He died Monday, May 2, 2011 in Columbia, Adair Co., KY, at the age of 91 years, 5 months, and 13 days.

He is survived by the following:
  • Three sons: Charles Fudge and wife Louise of Breeding, KY; Wilburn Fudge and wife Pam of Columbia, KY; and Telsie Fudge of Columbia, KY

  • One brother: Robert "Bob" Fudge of Hot Springs, AR

  • Four grandchildren

  • Five great grandchildren

  • And one great great grandchild

  • And a host of other relatives and friends
He was a member of Chestnut Grove Christian Church and a farmer.
