Harvey Leroy Redford, 87, of Liberty, KY, passed away Monday April 25, 2011 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY.

Graveside services and burial will be 1pmET/12pm noon CT, Wednesday, April 27, 2011, at Oak Grove Contown Cemetery by Bro. Clifford DeHart.Pall bearers are his grandsons.



Harvey Leroy Redford, Casey Co., KY (1924-2011)

He was born February 15, 1924 in Casey Co., KY. He was the son of the late Walter and Bess Luttrell Redford. He died Monday, April 25, 2011, in Danville, Boyle Co., KY, at the age of 87 years, 2 months, and 10 days.

He was a farmer and member of the Oak Grove Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice Luttrell Redford and Three sons, Danny, Roger, and Tommy Redford; one daughter: Helen Barr; one brother, Mack Redford; and one sister, Ruby Redford Cox.

Survivors include the following:
  • Three sons: James Redford of Danville, KY; and David and Billy Redford both of Liberty, KY

  • Five daughters: Connie Luttrell, Wanda Carol Emerson, Bertha Allen, Debbie Stevens and Sharon Edwards, all of Liberty, KY

  • Several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren
