Columbia Police charge two Adair Co., KY, men in meth cases

On April 2, 2011, at around 11:20amCT., two Adair County men were arrested on drug charges after Columbia Police conducted knock and talks. Arrested was Brent Ollery, age 50, of Columbia, KY and Mark Hoots, also age 50, of Columbia, KY.


Ollery was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

Hoots was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree and tampering with physical evidence.

Both men were lodged in the Adair County Jail by CPD Sgt. Jr. Murphy and CPD officer Bruce McCloud. They were assisted by Adair County deputy sheriff BJ Bray. -Columbia, KY, City Police, 116 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY
