Columbia, KY PRIDE Spring Cleanup is Saturday, April 30, 2011

Mayor Mark D. Harris and City of Columbia Pride Coordinator Rhonda announce a PRIDE Spring Clean-up in the City of Columbia starting at 9amCT, Saturday, April 30, 2011 with a kickoff in the parking lot behind City Hall, 116 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY.

The event will start with a welcome by Mayor Harris, followed by a sign in. Doughnuts, coffee and juice will be served, and vests, t-shirts, trashbags and gloves will be provided.

Following the pickup, a cookout will be held at City Hall, at 11amCT.

Non profit groups and organizations interested in helping clean up Columbia and earning extra cash should contact Rhonda Loy at (270) 384-2501. Groups will receive $10 per person picking up litter. -Rhonda Loy, City of Columbia PRIDE Coordinator
