News from Colonel William Casey School

If anyone has watched the new show this season called "Coming Home" then you know the scenario...a military person comes home to surprise an unsuspecting family member. Today at Col. Wm. Casey the producers could have filmed an episode of that show.

Jordan Baker, brother of Keitha Lee, a kindergartner at CWC, has been stationed in England for the past two years. During that time he also was deployed to Afghanistan for over three months. Today he shocked his little sister Keitha when she walked into the school cafeteria to find him standing there.

The mother of the two, Annita Barnett, was behind the big event. She had to go as far as to sneak Jordan into his own house last night after he arrived home, and Keitha had gone to bed in order to maintain the surprise. The look of joy on Keitha's face when she saw Jordan and the tears on their mother's face let everyone know that this was a special moment that this family will remember a lifetime
