The presentation was last Thursday evening, March 24, 2011, and was directed at preparing students and parents for the college application process. Workman encouraged students to take the most rigorous high school courses available. She also stressed the need for students to become responsible for their own successes by getting involved in enrichment programs at Kentucky colleges and universities and by setting high goals for themselves.
