Gary Allen Hartman, 63, Russell Springs, KY, died Saturday, March 26, 2011, at his residence. A memorial will be held Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at 10amCT, at the Russell Springs First Baptist Church, 392 E Steve Warinner DR/E Highway 80, Russell Springs, KY with Bro. Jeff Griffin and Bro. John Francis officiating. Friends may call from 5pm to 8pm at the church.



Gary Allen Hartman, Russell Co., KY (1947-2011)

Gary Allen Hartman was born in Utica, Oneida Co., New York, on Monday, December 15, 1947. He was the son of Sophia Palczynski Hartman, and the late Francis Mike Hartman. He died Saturday, March 25, 2011, in Russell Springs, Russell Co., KY, at the age of 63 years, 3 months, and 10 days.

He was a church steeples salesman.

Besides his mother, Sophia Palczynski Hartman, New York, he is survived by his wife, Sherri Hopper Hartman, Russell Springs, KY, and the following:
  • One son: Todd (Andrea) Hartman, Alvaton, KY

  • Two daughters: Trisha (Greg) Gaier, Dayton, OH; and Kelly (Pete) Donnahue, Newington, VT

  • One step son: Jeffrey Potts, Russell Springs, KY

  • Six grandchildren

  • One brother: Jack Hartman, New York

  • Three sisters: Connie Stevens, Utica, NY; Karen Mulligan, Michigan; and Jeanne Tardif, GA
The family requests memorials to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
