Basketball: LWC Women lose to Azusa in NAIA tournament

The Lindsey Wilson College Blue Raiders behind the stellar play of sophomore sensation Ashley Rainey, narrowly lost a second round game to Azusa Pacific (CA) University this afternoon at Oman Arena in Jackson, TN. Rainey was the game's high scorer with 25, while earning her playing time with 19 rebounds.

At one time, Lindsey Wilson had a 15-4 run, but it was not enough, as the Blue Raiders' National Championship hopes - for this year - ended with a 71-67 Azusa win.
