Leila Hobaugh, Adair Co., KY, passes State LPN test In class at SCC, Clinton Center, with 100% pass rate Click on headline for story plus photo(s) Leila Hobaugh, Adair Co., KY, was among the December 2010 graduates of the Somerset Community College, Clinton Center Practical Nursing Program who recently achieved a 100% pass rate on their NCLEX-PN State Board Exam. The Practical Nursing Program at the Clinton Center makes it possible for students in Clinton County and surrounding counties to get their Practical Nursing education without having to travel too far from home. The 2010 December Practical Nursing graduates also include: Julie Murphy, Clinton County; Connie Owens, Russell County, Brittany Jones, Clinton County; Tammy Wilson, Wayne County; Holly Hill, Wayne County; Mindy Denney, Clinton County; Brandie Stone, Clinton County, and Sara Guffey, Wayne County.
