Commends Adair County-Bonner recycling partnership

Vonnie Kolbenschlag writes:
I am very pleased that the students at LWC are enabled with the recycling containers and hopefully perhaps encouraged to recycle items that otherwise go in landfill. Recycling keeps items out of limited landfill space and saves energy and water when producing new products from recycled items rather than making new products from raw materials, a more costly production.

LWC and local government show a very positive move that highlights awareness for the environment.

How about someone getting recycling containers for Walmart.? I see soft drink machines but nowhere to put the empties. Wal-Mart does have a container for plastic bags. hope people recycle those, too. - Vonnie Kolbenschlag
