LWC Bonner leaders meet with Foundation representative Click on headline for story plus photo(s) By Duane Bonifer News from Lindsey Wilson College Members of the Lindsey Wilson College Bonner Leaders Program met Wednesday with Kelly Behrend, program associate of the Corella & Bertram F. Bonner Foundation of Princeton, N.J. Taking part in the meeting from Lindsey Wilson College were Bonner Leader Elizabeth Goode of Somerset, KY; Kelli Semones of Versailles, KY; LWC Bonner Leader graduate assistant Holli Clevenger of Ashland, KY; LWC Bonner Leader Program Co-Director Amy Thompson-Wells; LWC Bonner Leader graduate assistant Cherise Mingus of Elizabethtown, KY. Bonner Leaders updated Behrend about the Bonner Leaders' involvement in the community and discussed plans for expanding the program's outreach and impact in the region. Lindsey Wilson Bonner Leaders are undergraduate students who work on raising awareness about and solving community issues with a local non-profit agency or organization. This school year, Lindsey Wilson has 56 Bonner Leaders working with 15 agencies and organizations. LWC and the Bonner Foundation fund the Bonner Leader Program.
