The funeral service will be at 2pmET/1pmCT, Sunday, February 20, 2011 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, Campbellsville, KY by Rev. A. Landon Hadley. Burial will be in Palestine Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation is after 5pmET/4pmCT, at the funeral home.



Pallbearers: Mike Bader, Wilbur Barnes, William Bault, Steve Giles. Freddie Graham, and Binky Smith.

Elizabeth Brockman Cave, Taylor Co., KY (1914-2011)

Elizabeth Brockman Cave, the daughter of the late Henry T. Brockman and Mary Evelyn Miskell Brockman, was born in Taylor Co., KY, Thursday, October 1, 1914. She died at Thursday, February 17, 2011 in Campbellsville, Taylor Co., KY, at the age of 96 years, 4 months, and 16 days.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Palestine Baptist Church.

She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom.

She united in marriage to Malcolm C. Cave May 11, 1934. He preceded her in death August 3, 1986.

She is survived by the following:
  • A daughter and son-in-law: Karen and Paul Goble of Campbellsville, KY

  • Special friend and caregiver: Nancy Baldock Overton of Campbellsville, KY

  • Several nieces and nephews

  • And many other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by two brothers: Raymond Earl Brockman September 6, 1984 and Lawrence Emerson Brockman March 23, 1987.

The Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, in charge of arrangements.
