Robert "Bob" Carter , 47, of Campbellsville, KY, died at 9:15pmET, Thursday, February 3, 2011 in Campbellsville, KY

The funeral service is at 11amET/10amCT, Tuesday, February 8, 2011 atthe Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, Campbellsville, KY. Burial will be in the Glenwood Cemetery (MAP), Casey Co., KY. Visitation will be after 5pmET/4pmCT, at the funeral home.



Robert "Bob" Carter, Taylor Co., KY (1963-2011)

Robert "Bob" Carter was the son of Lois Abel Carter and the late Robert Carter. He was born in Wyandotte, Wayne Co., MI, Thursday, October 10, 1963. He died Thursday, February 3, 2011 in Campbellsville, Taylor Co., KY, at the age of 47 years, 3 months, and 24 days.

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Summersville Church of the Nazarene.He was a semi-truck driver.

He served his country honorably in the United States Army.

He is survived by the following:
  • one son and two daughters: Donald Lewis Carter, Angela Foster and Samantha Carter, all of Campbellsville, KY

  • His mother, Lois Carter of Campbellsville, KY

  • Two brothers and one sister: David Carter and Jennifer Carter Harmon of Campbellsville, KY; and Gary Carter and wife, Luzviminda of Temucula, CA

  • Two nieces: Cheyanne Harmon and Kayla Harmon

  • His fiancee': Melanie Davis of Greensburg, KY

  • Special friend: Michael Whitman of Campbellsville, KY

  • And many other relatives and friends
  • The Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon AV, Campbellsville, KY, in charge of arrangements.
