Police take cash car, pickup, drugs in Hustonville, KY drug bust

Vernard Jillian Farmer arrested, lodged in Lincoln Co. Jail

On Friday, February 4, 2011, Kentucky State Police Drug Enforcement/Special InvestigationsWest and East concluded joint HIDTA investigation with the execution of a search warrant.Units were assisted by KSP K-9 and the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office at the residence ofVernard Jillian Farmer at 102 Railroad ST (MAP) Hustonville, KY.

Recovered from the scene were approximately 300 dose units of prescription drugs, approximately $12,000 US Currency, a 2009 Dodge Challenger, and 1995 Chevrolet Pickup. Farmer was arrested andcharged with Trafficking Controlled Substance, 1st Degree and lodged in the Lincoln CountyJail.
