Crash west of Webbs X Roads, KY takes life of Russell Co. driver MAP of WEBB'S CROSSROADS AREA Crash site two miles west of Webb's Crossroads, toward Millerfield, near Russell/Adair Co. line By TFC William Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Trooper Bryan Shepard is investigating a fatal collision which occurred today, Thursday, February 3, 2011, on KY 76, 2 miles west of Webbs Crossroads in Russell Co., KY.Rodney Irvin, 42, Russell Springs, KY was operating a 1996 Chevrolet westbound on KY 76 when he ran off the roadway, overturned, and was ejected from the vehicle. Irvin was pronounced deceased by the Russell County Coroner. Irvin was not wearing a seatbelt.
