Deputy Joey Burris finds meth lab in Fairplay, KY

Adair County Sheriff's Deputy Joey Burris discovered a meth lab in Fairplay (MAP), KY704/Fairplay RD, in the curve just north of Spoon's Store, on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 after a motorist saw a bottle on the side of road and called Adair County 911 center.

Burris arrived anddiscovered two generators used to make methamphetamine. Kentucky State Police units arrived shortly after and cleaned up the meth labs.

Adair County Sheriff's Department strongly urges citizens of Adair County if they find any type of two liter bottle on side of roadway, with any type ofstrange liquid or solid inside to contact Adair County 911, who will in turn, contact the appropriate authorities.
