News from Lindsey Wilson College

The Lindsey Wilson College and Pikeville (KY) College basketball coaches eschewed their usual dress shoes for Saturday's games at Biggers Sports Center and instead wore tennis shoes. But it was for a good cause.

The two schools' basketball coaching staffs participated in the annual Coaches vs. Cancer Awareness Games. The event is part of a nationwide effort among NAIA members to raise money to fight the disease. Saturday's doubleheader featured the NAIA-National Basketball Coaches Association "Suits and Sneakers" campaign.
