Great Wooded South's DSURT - Food For Thought

By Billy Joe Fudge, Retired District Forester
Kentucky Division of Forestry

As the Great Wooded South's Research Coordinator my primary responsibility, outside of assigning research projects, is to critique research precis and release findings as they both become available and appear to be relevant to current and historic, social and scientific notions.

Now after decades of research stimulated by Minkowski's four-dimensional formulation of special relativity and Einstein's gravitational wave, gravitomagnetic-effect blunders, wormhole nonsense, space-time continuums, and all other non-scientific imaginings; the Great Wooded South is finally releasing many of its "Dimensions, Space and Universal Relationships Theorems", DSURT we will call it.

DSURT states as a preamble: given there are few facts or constants and mostly theories, the Great Wooded South Research Organization is seeking to interject some sense of reality and sanity into the dark, nether theoretical world of spatial physics and gravitational mechanics.
  1. Thousands of great minds have formulated theories about space and the Universe, and now current scientific communities are postulating their factuality in spite of the fact that those formulated theories continue to exist as theorems only.
  2. Theories that are formulated upon the basis that the Universe and Space are a single entity can never be confirmed as fact since the basis upon which they have been formulated is erroneous.
  3. The Universe is best defined as "all matter and energy in the natural world".
  4. Space is best defined as "that area not occupied by matter and energy".
  5. Matter and energy are in motion.
  6. Matter and energy being in motion do not and cannot move in a straight line.
  7. An orbit is best defined as "a spatial condition where an object of lesser mass is falling into an object of greater mass but the speed and angle of descent of the falling object coalesce to form a path that allows the falling object to move at a, more or less, constant distance above the object of greater mass".
  8. Celestial bodies (planets, moons, comets, asteroids, etc.) exist in two-dimensional realms with each other. They exist either above or below other bodies
  9. There are no spatial, relational dimensions outside above and below. The International Space Station is above the Earth even when it is traveling over the Antarctic Region. All the planets are above the sun as are all the asteroids in the Asteroid Belt.
  10. There is no bending of space or the fabric of space for space is nothing.
The scientific community is in a continual flux, a frenzy so to speak, trying to explain how the Universe works and how it came to be and I am not going to purport these few findings taken from the DSURT report to be fact only food for thought, so to speak.
