Single vehicle accident occurs on Kemp RD, Adair Co., KY Driver loose control on ice on roadway By TFC William Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Columbia, KY - Trooper Andy Olson is investigating a single vehicle collision which occurred at 10:15amCT, Saturday, January 22, 2011, on Kemp Road approximately 10 miles North of Columbia, KY. Dana Wethington, age 24, of Columbia, KY, was belted, was operating a 2001 Dodge Van traveling North when she lost control due to ice in the roadway, striking a ditch. A 3 month old child who was in a child restraint system was taken by private vehicle where they were treated and released. Wethington was not injured.
