Martha Berry displays LWC Bumper Sticker in Campbellsville, KY

Comments re article 41753: Sue Stivers wants LWC to be Number 1 in Battle of Bumpers

Martha Berry writes:
I agree with Sue Stivers.

I have had a LWC license plate since the first year they came out and display it proudly here in C-ville.

I tell all that I have to fly my colors over in this nest of Baptists.
I love to drive down the street and see the LWC plates and wonder who is driving the car.

I am very proud of our College. - Martha Berry
Note to Readers: I hope none of my fellow Baptists will take offense at the term for a group of Baptists. Martha Berry is a known Methodist and the daughter of Dr. V.P. Henry, a revered former President of Lindsey Wilson College./ Her remarks, we are sure, are quite innocent, not meant to steer things up and awaken the sleeping Tiger. While we always refer to a group of two or more as A Prayer of Baptists we do respect Martha Berry's right to be as unPC as she wishes. We do salute her fervor and zeal, and hope her letter will inspire more buyers of Lindsey Wilson license plates. Also, the search continues for a 100% family, office, or business with LWC plates. -Ed Waggener
