KSP investigating 1 vehicle injury accident near Springfield, KY Map/Lawrenceburg RD By TFC William Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Washington Co., KY - Trooper Christopher Saunders of Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, is investigating a collision that occurred at approximately 9pmCT, Friday, January 7, 2011, on Lawrenceburg RD near Springfield, KY, in Washington Co., KY David McCullough, age 53 of Harrodsburg, was traveling North on Lawrenceburg Road operating a 1998 Ford four door when he lost control of his vehicle leaving the roadway and striking a tree. McCullough, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was transported to the University Of Kentucky Hospital where he was admitted for treatment of his injuries. Trooper Saunders was assisted at the scene by Trooper Jonathan Houk and Washington County EMS. The investigation is ongoing by Trooper Saunders.
