BJF suggests Splendor of Winter celebration next year

Billy Joe Fudge writes:
That ladies and gentlemen should be Columbia/Adair County's official Christmas card.

And in addition, this could be our invitation to the world for the "Splendor of Winter," here, in our community during January each year.

It could read:
"The quiet, warm spirit of Winters Past is waiting for you in Columbia."
Yes I agree, there is a lot of planning to do but we do have a whole year.
