P & Z Hearing: Zone changes 2 lots owned by Lindsey Wilson

Public Notice

Please be advised the City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on January 13, 2011, at 6pmCT, in City Hall to consider the following:
  1. Request for zone change from R-4 High Density Residential to P Public and Semi Public for 1 lot located at 100 Bryant Street (PVA Map No. C03-026-002-001) Property owned by Lindsey Wilson College.

  2. Request for zone change from R-2 Low-Moderate Density Residential to P Public for 1 lot located at 112 Lindsey Wilson Street, (PVA Map No. C03-026-013). Property owned by Lindsey Wilson College.
The hearing is open to the public.
