Mary Stephens Hopper, 75, died Monday, December 27, 2010, at the Cumberland County Hospital, Burkesville, KY.

The funeral service for Mary Stephens Hopper will be Thursday, December 30, 2010at 1pmCT, at the Ballou and Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main ST, Burkesville, KY.Bro. Raymond Castillo will officiate. Burial will follow in the Williams Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 from 5pm-9pmCT, at the Ballou and Stotts Funeral Home.


Mary Stephens Hopper, Cumberland Co., KY (1935-2010

Mary Stephens Hopper was born on Thursday, May 30, 1935 in Monroe Co., KY, to Charlie Howard Stephens and Lola Myrtle Stephens. She died Monday, December 27, 2010, in Burkesville, Cumberland Co., KY at the age of 75 years, 6 months, and 27 days.

She was an active member of Rock Springs Church of Christ and had worked in the Day Care industry in Cincinnati, OH.

She is survived by the following:
  • Her sons: Larry Hopper of Burkesville, KY and son, Jimmy Hopper of Cincinnati, OH

  • Brothers: Gene Stephens and Jimmy Stephens, both of Cincinnati OH

  • Sister: Sarah Grider of Burkesville, KY

  • Grandson: Jimmy Caleb Hopper of Burkesville, KY

  • Granddaughter: Joann Marie Hopper of Cincinnati, OH
Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main ST, Burkesville, KY, in charge of arrangements.
