22 Taylor Countians earn honors at LWC, fall semester 2010

Five from Taylor Co., KY, on President's List; 17 make Dean's List

Columbia, KY -A total of 22 TaylorCounty residents have earned academic honors at Lindsey Wilson College for the 2010 fall semester. A total of 5 area residents have been named to the 2010 fall semester President's List, and 17 area residents have been named to the 2010 fall semester Dean's List.

Named to the President's List are:

  • Cody Ford of Campbellsville
  • Lacy Harris of Campbellsville
  • Kathryn Phelps of Campbellsville
  • Brittany Pike of Campbellsville.
Named to the Dean's List are:LeeAnn Bottom of Campbellsville
  • David Chappel of Campbellsville
  • Erica Cowan of Campbellsville
  • Samantha Davis of Elk Horn
  • Laura Dillery of Campbellsville
  • Emily Franklin of Campbellsville
  • Sarah Gaskins of Campbellsville
  • Dakota Gilbert of Campbellsville
  • Dustin Graves of Campbellsville
  • Whitley Gribbins of Campbellsville
  • Justin Hoosier of Campbellsville
  • Leslie Moore of Campbellsville
  • Valerie Murphy of Campbellsville

Students named to Dean's List earned at least a 3.50 graduate point average on a 4.0 scale and attempted at least 12 credit hours during the semester.

Founded in 1903, Lindsey Wilson is a distinctive liberal arts college affiliated with the Kentucky Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church. Lindsey Wilson offers a bachelor of arts degree in 23 career areas, a bachelor of science degree in two areas, and master's degrees in three career areas. The college;s 2010-11 enrollment is a record 2,554 students.
