Phillip Cape scheduled for arraignment this morning

Phillip Cape, is scheduled for arraignment in Adair Circuit Court on multiple charges stemming from an incident in the Cundiff Community of Melson Ridge Sunday, October 3, 2010. Charges of attempted murder, assault 1st degree, criminal mischief, 1st degree; theft by unlawful taking/disp. auto; operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, .08, second offense; driving DUI suspended license, 1st offense; and menacing.The arraignment is scheduled for 9amCT, Tuesday, December 21, 2010 in Room C of the Adair County Judicial Center, 201 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY.
