Vehicle overturns in Casey after driver hits patch of ice in road Crash occurs on Snake Ridge Road, 8 miles north of Liberty, KY By TFC William Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY Trooper Christopher Saunders is investigating a collision that occurred at 12:15pmET, today, Tuesday, December 14, 2010, on Snake Ridge Road, approximately 8 miles north of Liberty, KY. 37 year old Clinton Brock of Liberty, KY, was operating a 2003 Ford southbound on Snake Ridge Road. Brock lost control of the vehicle after striking a patch of ice, causing the vehicle to overturn. Brock was belted and was transported to Ephraim McDowell in Danville, KY, where he was treated and released.
