Query: Information on family of Edgar and Pearl Scott Anderson Click on headline for story plus photo By Geniece Marcum The couple with their children in the accompanying photo are Edgar Anderson and his wife, Pearl Scott Anderson, who were originally from near Edmonton in Metcalfe Co., KY. They left Kentucky for California during the Great Depression years seeking a better life for their family. In the mid-1930s my sister Isabelle Leftwich married Welby Sandidge and they also moved to California to the same town as the Anderson family had. The two families visited each other often. I remember Pearl Scott was a cousin of my Dad's. That has been many years ago and both my sister Isabelle and her husband are gone. But if any of the Anderson family are left, I would like to hear from them.
