Dr. Phillip E. Shaw, 74, departed this life Saturday, November 27, 2010 at his home in Taylor Co., KY..
A celebration of life will be at the Dr. Phillip E. Shaw Chiropractic Office, 1900 Greensburg RD, Campbellsville, KY, Thursday, December 2, 2010 from 3pm until 8pmET. All family and friends are invited to come by the office. The family has requested donations be made to the Mary Kate Moore Scholarship Fund. These can be made at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home, 209 W. Court ST, Greensburg, KY.
Dr. Phillip E. Shaw, Taylor Co. KY (1936-2010)
Dr. Phillip E. Shaw was born Saturday, October 10, 1936 in Elgin, IL. He was the son of the late Donald Walter and Phyllis Eames Shaw. He departed this life Saturday, November 27, 2010 at his home in Taylor Co., KY,, having attained the age of 74 years, 1 month and 17 days.
Dr. Shaw had made a profession of faith at an early age. He had been a chiropractor from 1964 until 2010.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Terra Shaw; one granddaughter: Mary Kate Moore, and one brother, Stephen Shaw
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Brummett Shaw, and the following:
