The Adair County High School quiz bowl team returned to action full force on Saturday, November 20, by quailfying for the NAQT National Championship at the University of Louisville Fall Invitational. 30 teams were represented out of some of the best across the entire state of Kentucky as well as some of the top teams from Ohio.

In the afternoon tournament pairings, Adair County won consecutive matches against annual Top 10-ranked schools DuPont Manual, Simon Kenton, Danville, and Grayson County. This 8-0 run etched Adair a slot as one of two Kentucky teams to earn Nationals qualification at the tournament.
